MELISSA
Yoga & Dance Teacher

Melissa brings expressive energy to heated yoga and community dance experiences. She has been teaching yoga since 2020 and is passionate about making yoga accessible to every Body. As someone with a spinal cord injury, she values a safe, welcoming space to explore breath and reconnection. She also hosts wellness retreats that invite rest, community, and mindful movement.
CHERYL OXFORD
Cheryl discovered yoga while studying at Acadia University, finding that a regular practice offered a healthy, grounding way to manage anxiety and cope with stress. Over the years, her exploration of the yin and yang of yoga asana grew into a passion. Her sessions seamlessly blend the meditative, patience-building elements of yin with a gentle vinyasa flow centered on breath, flexibility, and balance. A Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance since 2021, Cheryl is dedicated to helping students drop into the present moment and nurture both body and spirit whenever they step onto the mat.
TAMMY MACLEOD

Tammy is the founder of Infinity Yoga Movement Dance and teaches much of the weekly schedule. Her approach is shaped by yoga, dance, somatic exploration and extensive experience teaching children and adults. Influenced by her Modo Yoga training, she values accessible practice, environmental awareness, community care and movement that meets people where they are. Tammy’s classes range from strong heated flows to chair yoga, functional mobility, line dancing and creative movement—all connected by curiosity, choice and the belief that movement can help us feel more fully alive.
