STUDIO POLICIES

These policies help keep Infinity welcoming, sustainable and fair to students, teachers and the wider community.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Advance registration is needed. Class passes, memberships, workshops and registered programs must be paid through the available checkout process. All listed prices are before HST.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

Please cancel at least 12 hours before class so someone else can use the space. A late cancellation or no-show may use one class credit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows on an unlimited membership may result in temporary limits on booking. Emergencies happen; contact us when circumstances are exceptional.

WAITLISTS

When a class is full, students may join the Punchpass waitlist. Follow the instructions in the availability email or account notification promptly when a space opens. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a place.

LATE ARRIVAL

Arrive 10–15 minutes before your class. Late arrival can be disruptive. Landing on your mat before class begins will contribute to the quality of your experience.

PASSES

Class passes are for regular weekly classes only. They may not be shared, transferred or applied to workshops, special events, children’s programs or registered series. The expiry date will be displayed before purchase in Punchpass. Passes are not extended except for documented medical circumstances, pregnancy, studio closure or another exception approved by Infinity.

MEMBERSHIPS

The September/October offer is $99 for the first month and $125 per month beginning in month two. It has an initial three-month commitment. After the commitment, it continues month to month until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Memberships allow unlimited classes and do not include workshops, special events or registered programs.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

Regular class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please check dates, eligibility and heat level before purchasing.

WORKSHOPS & SPECIAL EVENTS

Space is limited, and registration is confirmed when payment is received. If Infinity cancels an event, participants may choose a refund or studio credit. Participant cancellations made at least seven days before an event may be transferred to studio credit. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable unless the space is filled from a waitlist.

REGISTERED SERIES & CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS

Registration is for the complete series rather than individual classes. Missed classes are not refundable or transferable. If Infinity cancels a session, a make-up date or appropriate credit will be offered. A parent or guardian must register minors and complete emergency information and required consent forms.

WEATHER & STUDIO CLOSURES

Cancellations will be communicated through Punchpass, email and studio social channels whenever possible. If Infinity cancels a class, the class credit will be returned. Please prioritize your own travel safety during severe weather.

WAIVER & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

All participants must complete the required waiver before attending. Tell your teacher about injuries, pregnancy or conditions that may affect movement or heat tolerance. Participation is voluntary, and students are responsible for choosing appropriate options and stopping when needed.

RESPECTFUL SPACE

Infinity welcomes people of different bodies, identities, abilities, backgrounds and levels of experience. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour and conduct that compromises safety are not permitted.

PRIVACY

Customer and payment information is handled through the studio’s website, Punchpass and its connected payment provider. Information is used to manage bookings, payments and necessary studio communications.
