LOCATION & ACCESS

Infinity Studio is located at

20 Main Street in Hantsport, Nova Scotia.

Infinity Studio is located on the lower floor and is accessed by stairs. Unfortunately, there is no step-free entrance, and the studio is not currently wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility, sensory or other access needs, contact us before your visit. We will gladly answer questions and help you determine whether the space and class are suitable for you.

HOW HOT IS THE ROOM?

Classes marked warm or hot take place in a heated room. Warm classes offer gentler heat; Hot classes are more intense. Hydrate before class, listen to your body and step out or rest whenever needed. If heat is not right for you, choose one of our non-heated offerings.

Warm‍ ‍80–85°F

Hot‍ ‍90–100°F

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your class. This gives you time to meet your teacher and take advantage of the quiet room before class begins (yoga classes).

HEALTH, INJURIES & PREGNANCY

Tell your teacher before class about injuries, pregnancy or anything that may affect your movement or comfort in heat. When appropriate, consult your healthcare professional before beginning a new movement practice.
