WELCOME TO INFINITY

Infinity is a place for real bodies, different energy levels and many ways of moving. Rest is welcome. Questions are welcome. Modifications are part of the practice. How do I grow my awareness of my body in movement?

WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN?

New to yoga: Intro to Yoga or Warm Foundation.

Want a gentle, supportive class: Chair Yoga, Warm Yin or Warm Slow Flow.

Building everyday strength and mobility: Move Well: Mobility + Strength.

Curious about Pilates: Unheated Pilates.

Experience with yoga and heat: Hot Power Flow or Hot Pilates.

Want music, play and community: Lunchtime Line Dancing or Ecstatic Dance.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing that allows you to move. For heated classes, bring a towel and extra water.

HOW HOT IS THE ROOM?

Classes marked warm or hot take place in a heated room. Warm classes offer gentler heat; Hot classes are more intense. Hydrate before class, listen to your body and step out or rest whenever needed. If heat is not right for you, choose one of our non-heated offerings.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your class. This gives you time to arrive, meet your teacher and take advantage of the quiet room before class begin. Social space outside the space and reception room (upstairs) allows conversations before entering the studio.

HEALTH, INJURIES & PREGNANCY

Tell your teacher before class about injuries, pregnancy or anything that may affect your movement or comfort in heat. When appropriate, consult your healthcare professional before beginning a new movement practice.

LOCATION & ACCESS

Infinity Studio is located at 20 Main Street in Hantsport, Nova Scotia.

Infinity Studio is located on the lower floor and is accessed by stairs. Unfortunately, there is no step-free entrance, and the studio is not currently wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility, sensory or other access needs, contact us before your visit. We will gladly answer questions and help you determine whether the space and class are suitable for you.
